Rondal Jones has over 40 years of experience in a wide range of accounting, tax and consulting services, including business valuations, exit and succession planning, real estate taxation and planning, individual and business taxation and planning and small business consulting in a wide range of industries.

Rondal’s prior accounting experience includes seven years on the staff of a large, Arizona public accounting firm, three years as controller for a commercial real estate developer and fifteen years as a shareholder/director of a public accounting firm located in Mesa, Arizona.

Rondal’s business valuation experience includes formal, informal and preliminary valuations for purchasing and selling businesses, buy-sell agreements, estate and gift tax purposes and divorce settlements. He has rendered litigation support services in stockholder disputes, divorce settlements and various business-damage cases. Industry experience for valuations includes family limited partnerships, real estate development and management, manufacturing, retail, nursing homes, construction, health care, and professional services.

Rondal is a native and nearly life-long resident of Mesa. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 44 years, three daughters, six sons and seventeen grandchildren. He has been involved with the Boy Scouts of America for over 39 years on a local, district and council level. In his spare time, he enjoys camping, hiking, fishing, and puttering around the house on DIY projects.
